Please allow up to 2 Business Days before contacting OACB on registration related matters unless you are unclear of how to proceed with the membership application form above.

Membership Types

What type of membership do you choose?

Here are some general Guidelines to help you get started.


Board Members

This membership category is reserved for the 616 board members of county boards of developmental disabilities.


County Staff Employee

This membership category is for those who are employed by a county board of DD, including superintendents and department managers. When you select this option, you will be prompted to specify your role at your board.


Affiliates

This membership category is reserved for OACB Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum affiliate members. Click here to learn how to become an affiliate.


Independent Provider

This category is for state-certified independent providers who are also affiliate members of OACB.


General Public

Choose this category if you do not fit the criteria of any of the above categories.
